Why refunds are limited
These are instant-access digital products. The moment you check out, you can download the templates and open the content. Because of that, all sales are generally final.
A refund covers the product, not any business outcome. Our products are educational. We do not guarantee a sale, a price, or any result, so a refund is never tied to how your channel performs or sells. See our full Disclaimer.
When we will consider a refund
We want you to be happy with what you buy. We offer a refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have not downloaded the template files or accessed the gated course content. Once the materials have been accessed, we generally cannot offer a refund.
If a product is broken, a download fails, or you were charged twice, email us and we'll make it right.
